I'm grateful for this place because I won't make juices like this at home but I know that I can have they healthy easily available option everyday if I choose. Their prices are also reasonable, thank goodness.
The second time I've been here, the first time it was ok , the smoothie had great texture but lacked flavor. & I go to Jamba juice a lot. But I thought I would try Nektar again . We ordered Toxin Flush , Tropical smoothie & an Acai bowl . Acai bowl was good , tropical was terrible & the Toxin Flush tasted like sewer water , but I expected that. The food wasn't the issue . Paige took my order & if you pay by card, you're pressured into giving a tip , but it's a juice bar that hasn't impressed me yet & I don't believe in tipping at a juice bar so I skipped the tip. But when I checked my bank statement Paige decided to add the tip on her own . When I went back they wouldn't reimburse me & gave me the runaround. I'm not gonna pursue 6 dollars. It's just the point. I won't ever come back.
This order was fine. The previous was not. I’m happy with this order except the juice didn’t have enough kick to it even though I ordered extra ginger.

I LOVE Nekter Modesto! The new Protein Waffacado has become a favorite—so good! The Buzz juice is my all-time go-to. Friendly staff and everything always tastes fresh!
I have been a loyal customer since 2009/2010…to present and this is the first time that my juice has a few huge chunks of strawberries in the juice and other small pieces.

We waited a long time for an order that they completed right away but kept in the refrigerator. I let them know that I made an online order after I saw that they had completed two juices that looked like my order. The girl who made the drinks did not communicate with the one taking the orders even though she could clearly hear me state that I was picking up an online order. The girl behind the counter did not bother to check to see if it was in the refrigerator. She assumed that it was in line to be made. After we waited more time, she finally checked the refrigerator to confirm it was ours, which it was. I like this location. The staff is usually spot on and attentive, but the girls working there today need to be more alert and communicative.
