I thought everything I tried was very fresh and delicious. This is probably the healthiest juice and smoothie place I've seen around Modesto and they had quite a bit of variety. It was just what I needed to cope with going back and forth to the hospital during a stressful time.
Honestly i love the idea of nekter. I recently started to fast for 24hrs and i would break my fast every day with a new juice everyday(mon-fri) , but my opinion on this store is that customer service can be way better. Monday i went inside for the first time willing to try something new customer service from my recent visits were below average for a business of this type. i loved the juices cold and refreshing. I went to jamba juice today (sat) to break my fast to give them a try. I wont lie Jamba juice had great customer service helping me find a good healty drink sice they really dont have much on the menu compared to nekter.

Staff was very professional and nice. I received help on placing an order for pick up. I was experiencing issues with app and couldn’t place order. Staff helped me over the phone and I was able to pick up my juices in matter of 30 mins. Great experience!

It was easy. I needed a juice, ordered it on the app, and I was given it quickly when I walked into the store. In general, I'm very happy with Nekter. One of my major complaints, when I have one, is that sometimes when I order my smoothie, it will be too watery, or when I'm adding cacao nibs, which I add for a bit of crunch, certain people blend it so much you can't even tell if the cacao nibs were added. I've started specifically asking for the smoothie to not be too watery and for them to add in the cacao nibs after blending the rest of the smoothie so that they stay crunchy. There is one person at my store in particular who is very nice but always makes them more watery, so I've just started adding that request when I order to avoid embarrassing anyone. Most make the smoothies perfect too and have always been willing to remake if they accidentally left agave in it or something I've asked to leave out.

Great! I ordered a make my own juice on the app. They happened to be out of one of the ingredients I chose and called me on my phone very quickly to see if I wanted something to replace that one ingredient. My juice was ready when I arrived at the store and I was in and out. Awesome job!
