Drink was not even started when I arrived. Staff was sitting talking about personal issues. They were very pleasant. to me. Lobby was clean.

Ordered on the app and the order has not even been started when we arrived on time to pick it up. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.
Workers were friendly but we use the app so that our order is ready when we arrive. Sadly this has not been our experience most of the time.

I had order online. It was ready when I arrived. I also ordered the Green Tea with Strawberries. I must say, not very good at all. No flavor. Will not order again.

The store is always very loud when I go in and staff are normally in the back. The drink I ordered didn't taste the best. It was pretty liquidy compared to its normal consistency. The quality of the smoothies at this location can vary.

Their smoothies are pretty pricey ($8-$10). My husband and I ordered different kinds, and we both thought the flavor was only so-so. Mine (a PB mocha) wasn't properly blended at all - it was chunky and gritty, like maybe they'd included instant coffee granules and not blended it up? I also don't care for the agave nectar that's in everything. I don't plan to return.
