Ordered @ 1157… pick up at 1212… not done when I arrived… done by 1225. Staff was very pleasant,.

Place was busy had to wait just to get informed that my online order was not ready. The only reason I order online to pick up at a certain time is because I have limited time. Was given refund for drinks back except the tip I had added to the order.

Purchased bowls and bev for teacher. Both seemed pleased.

I waited 30 minutes for a smoothie

Bowl was a lot smaller than it usually is. For almost $10 plus tip we expect a full size bowl. First time having this problem.

I placed an order online to be picked up for three days straight the business has not been open at that time I can’t get a refund or my drink!!!!!! I love Nekter and the Folsom location is awesome but this fair oaks location has disappointed me and I don’t know if I’ll ever get my drink or refund!!!!!! Won’t be placing orders before work here ever again!

I love your products but the experience varies greatly depending on the employee. Today one of our bowls should have had chia pudding inside but we were told there wasn't any chia pudding today.Instead of asking if we would like a substitution we were told we would receive a 'coupon for next time' but then the coupon was given to someone else waiting for their order. Sometime the drive is exceptional and sometimes it's questionable.

Ordered through website-easy peasy! Arrived to pick up and my order was ready 10 minutes before the expected time!!! Which was great as we had a soccer tournament to get to. Friendly customer service. Would definitely return.
