I went to pick up my order of 2 bowls I ordered and was only given one as the employee looked at the receipt. I had to remind her that I ordered 2 of them. She then said the second bowl wasn’t made and she would make it. I wasn’t too happy about it since I arrived 15 mins after my scheduled pick up time just to make sure my bowls were made and ready when I would go to pick them up.

Places an online order which would be ready in 15 min. When we arrived at the store there was a line in front of us to order (no big deal) but 20 min later every single person that ordered in store had received their order while mine was just starting to be made. Total of 45 min for one Mango bowl.
This is now the second time that this has happened at this location in less than 6 months.
I have 2 babies in which had to sit in the car more than 30 min after the time it was said to be done. There was no point in doing an online order as we were back of the line anyways. Not to mention it had not even been started by promised time

Everything was great, food was great, but every time I’ve gone the cashier waited for me to speak and give the order rather than saying hello or “how may I help you” it just seemed kind of weird. Most places at least say hello or some sort of greeting.
