The bowl I received was very good. I will go again however I wanted this as breakfast I stopped on my way to work almost 30min after they opened to be told by someone waiting in the car that the person that opens the store is running late. It would be about 10 more minutes I waited untill I could not as I would have been late to work. I did return for it on lunch but it was disappointing to have a location open 45 min late.

My order is always correct and delicious, but it is NEVER ready on time. I give an hour notice and still have to wait 10-15 mins for my one or two drinks to be made. If you’re going to offer the order ahead service, at least have the order ready at the time you say it will be ready.

My online order wasn't received by the store for some reason. Therefore, I had to wait longer for my smoothie. The employee made things better by upsizing my smoothie for no additional charge.

I had ordered online asking for a later pick up time. I think they ,Ishtar have made it as soon as they got the order. My smoothie was not as thick as it is normally. Like it was melting.

Ordered an asap order & received an email that said my order was done about 15 mins later & was ready for pickup. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and helped yet my order was not ready and had to wait 5+ minutes for my order. I don’t usually mind waiting as I am not in a rush but it is odd that my order was “ready for pick up” but wasn’t.
