Always great bowls. But I paid for extra banana on top and did not receive estar banana on top compared with the other bowl I bought.

The bowl I received was very good. I will go again however I wanted this as breakfast I stopped on my way to work almost 30min after they opened to be told by someone waiting in the car that the person that opens the store is running late. It would be about 10 more minutes I waited untill I could not as I would have been late to work. I did return for it on lunch but it was disappointing to have a location open 45 min late.

I went to pick up my order of 2 bowls I ordered and was only given one as the employee looked at the receipt. I had to remind her that I ordered 2 of them. She then said the second bowl wasn’t made and she would make it. I wasn’t too happy about it since I arrived 15 mins after my scheduled pick up time just to make sure my bowls were made and ready when I would go to pick them up.

Not happy with how the bowls were portioned. One bowl barely had açaí in it.

Places an online order which would be ready in 15 min. When we arrived at the store there was a line in front of us to order (no big deal) but 20 min later every single person that ordered in store had received their order while mine was just starting to be made. Total of 45 min for one Mango bowl.
This is now the second time that this has happened at this location in less than 6 months.
I have 2 babies in which had to sit in the car more than 30 min after the time it was said to be done. There was no point in doing an online order as we were back of the line anyways. Not to mention it had not even been started by promised time

Bowl was a lot smaller than it usually is. For almost $10 plus tip we expect a full size bowl. First time having this problem.

I love your products but the experience varies greatly depending on the employee. Today one of our bowls should have had chia pudding inside but we were told there wasn't any chia pudding today.Instead of asking if we would like a substitution we were told we would receive a 'coupon for next time' but then the coupon was given to someone else waiting for their order. Sometime the drive is exceptional and sometimes it's questionable.
