I order the same thing EVERYTIME and this time the bowl was half empty and had zero peanut butter as if it was not completed. I would not order this again at this price for what i received in comparison to what i normally get. Not sure if the gal is new or what but i was not impressed at all.

Ordered online and my wife picked it up, when she got home my açaí berry bowl was brown in color. It tasted like there were no berries in it. It was also missing any taste of protein powder. I also asked for the chia seed pudding and that was not included. Since I only began eating it at 7:00, you were closed. I don’t know what happened, if I got someone else’s order but the taste and appearance of it was not of anything on your menu.

I felt the smoothie in the smoothie bowl had no flavor. It was very strange but I definitely wouldn’t get it again.

We split our açaí bowl. One bowl had an overripe mushy brown spotted banana! Yuk!

It was fine except I paid for items to be added to the bowl and they were not in it. It was basic but we were driving out of town so I couldn’t turn around and get it remade

The apple, goji, hemp, nibs, etc were forgotten. Thankfully I noticed and they were happily added. The consistency of my açaí superfoods bowl was watery and also lacked kale.

Amazing immunity bowl! This place is always clean and the staff is very friendly.
Walked in the same time as another customer- they were helped first and then I had to wait awhile, maybe they thought we were together? Also, ordered 2 bowls to go on the app, one with no banana, but both didn’t have banana, bummer!
I still love Nekter, but it’s pricey for those mistakes.
I’ll still keep coming back…
