I love nekter's menu, but every time I order something I am not provided a consistent product. This last bowl I ordered was runnier than a soothie and needed to be sipped from the bowl vs eaten with a spoon. I also requested no granola, but oats were floating throughout, leading me to believe nekter does not believe in a clean workspace or hygiene. I have a gift card to use up, and then I will likely stop trying.

The bowl was amazing! Best acai bowl I’ve ever had. I’m sure the juice would’ve been great too. Unfortunately I only received half of my order. When I called to get a refund the manager was unavailable and the staff couldn’t do anything but take my name and number. They are now closed and no one has returned my phone call. Very disappointing especially when the drink was not cheap. I would still like a refund if that’s possible.

This particular order I would give a 4. There was something missing in the smoothie portion of the bowl making it more tart than usual, and the granola tasted stale. Not my usual experience with my orders.

Way better product then midtown location. You put more chia pudding in the bowl then others which is why I always buy the breakfast version to add more chia and granola than what normally comes in it.

I ordered a delivery so there wasn't much interaction with customer service this time. However, the food quality is always great! And the bowls we get are always packed to the rim, which makes it feel like a good value for the money. Our orders have always been correct and rarely have I had to wait longer than about 2-3 minutes when picking up an order.
It would be nice to have a calorie break down for each product that more readily available on the app.

it was good! i ordered coconut on top and ended up going back to get it in the side because it wasn't on my bowl, but overall i love nektar! been going for a few years now :)

Alex is great, she always is very good at making the order in a timely matter, makes great Acai Banana Berry Bowls, best employee, she is friendly and always talks about having a great day, the service is fantastic

The experience was great. My daughters ATM card was not working the employee tried to take mine over the phone and when that didn't work, they informed me I could place the order online. I went to the website and my daughter was able to get her bowl and, on her way, super-fast!

Overall the drinks and bowls are always great! The staff are not very friendly or welcoming when coming in, myself and other customers are always waiting over 5 minutes or the staff to even acknowledge us there.
