It’s always something with this location..this last time on the app I ordered the oatmeal and a juice. When I get there they didn’t have the oatmeal made. The guy says he couldn’t figure out how I was able to order it since it’s not available after 2:00. Now he decides he’ll make it. Puts the tiniest amount in my bowl not even going half way up the cup. Adds the toppings. Basically a cup of toppings. You have a bunch of warm oatmeal going to throw away I guess since no one is supposed to order it and you can only put like 2 tablespoons in my cup. I thought that was weird. I’ve never gone in there without 1 issue or another. Compared to the Roseville location where I went for years and never once was there a problem..

I love this location. However today I ordered via the mobile app and was disappointed. I ordered a bowl (split) and a juice. When I arrived to pick up the order, the employee only handed me the juice. I asked about the bowl and they said they did not make it. I waited for the bowl for several minutes only for it to come out in one bowl- not 2 as I asked for it split. By this time, I was already put behind several minutes and did not have the time for them to remake the bowl into 2. Just disappointed this time especially since I paid extra for the bowl to be split.

I ordered a smoothie bowl and was told there were no spoons and I could try to go get one next door from Jimboys, which was a little odd. Also, I ordered my daughter a strawberry banana smoothie with no protein and she wouldn't drink it as it didn't taste anything like strawberry or banana. Had an odd nutty taste to it. My smoothie bowl was pretty good, but I don't think we'd order smoothies there again.

Love your bowls, I never get granola and it seems like not all the bowls have the option to remove granola.

Cant wait to order again!! I was surprised with the portion amount you really get what you paid for and its super filling. I ordered through doordash and everything was packed nicely. Picture below is the protein power bowl.

Good experience, but there were several ingredients that were out of supply, so I didn't receive my full order. I ordered dragon fruit bowl, and they were out of dragon fruit, yogurt, and protein whey.

last time i ordered, i received a peanut butter bowl with no peanut butter on it.

Disappointed! My bowl did not taste the same as it usually does. I think they left the whey out. Also, it took longer to get my order then said. Also this location dix not have any spoons. I has to wait to get home to wat it? Ughh..this experience was a disappointment 😞

The employees are always helpful & attentive. The bowl I ordered was amazing, the fruit was fresh & all together it was tasty.

I love Nekter! staff was very nice. Unfortunately I wasn't pleased with my acai bowl.... very runny.

There was only one employee working anf he did a great job! We placed a mobile order as we drove up and saw several people come and go. He was quick and efficient and provided great customer service! Our bowls were amazing as usual! We love Nektar!

Great power bowls and smoothies with a variety of different flavors. The dragon fruit bowl is very flavorful. You feel like you're getting a premium quality meal. Only downside, it's a tad pricey.
