I feel as though it always takes a very long time to receive our orders form here. We love the product and understand they take time, but we always have to set aside 30 minutes just to get a smoothie or bowl.

Ordered on the app. When I walked in they said it was being made. I sat here 20+ min waiting, people came in, ordered and left after me. I went up to the counter to ask about it, took someone several minutes to acknowledge me. It wasn't made. Still waiting now, for a total of 30+ minutes for a smoothie I ordered ahead of time

Overall the smoothies we’ve ordered have been good but they have been inconsistent. Sometimes they taste very watered down - like too much ice or water? For the price, I would expect consistency and very flavorful.

I have been a regular customer at Nekter and I’m a big fan. I have tried most things on their menu and enjoy them all. But I tend to go there primarily for smoothies.

Great smoothies and cute store. I found out from and ex worker that the employees only get cash tips. Don’t tip with your card IT DOES NOT GO TO THE EMPLOYEES. If it doesn’t go to the employees then you’re basically paying more for your food.

We're glad to hear you're a fan of our smoothies and the store's ambiance! As for the tipping situation, we appreciate your concern. We encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected] for any further discussions. But just for your information all our employees getting paid min $14 per hour to max $17 per hour, which is higher than rest of restaurants industry average. According to Florida state guidelines Florida's minimum wage is $13 per hour for non-tipped workers. Tipped workers make a minimum of $9.98 per hour. Thanks for your support!
We are huge fans of their acai bowls and smoothies. The staff is always friendly and we never have to wait long for our orders.

Good smoothie and the staff working there during my visit was very friendly. She even made sure I got to my car safe. I recommend having better acoustics as a lot of smoothie places can be loud because of the blender but not a big deal.

Knowledgeable and attentive service! I see lots of kids working here and I love seeing it as another place they can go learn, have fun and blend up a good smoothie!

Ordered online and hubby picked up.. Order was ready when he arrived. The new Peanut Butter and butterfly pea flower smoothie is total YUMS! I love that you use salted PB. Next time I would ask for less agave as it was a bit too sweet for me.
