Trying to use my reward points to purchase my smoothie today and unfortunately it charge my credit card instead I don’t know if you can point to put the points back on to my account? Thank you it’s a great smoothie

The employees were very nice as this was my first visit. I tried the pineapple matcha smoothie with whey protein and it was delicious. I appreciate the cleanliness of the store as well. Made me feel confident in the quality of the product I purchased.

I wish we could’ve had a better experience here! I love healthier options, & the convenience smoothies offer, unfortunately I just can’t wrap my head around the fact that I ordered 4 smoothies, & it cost me over $100?!?! also, not only were they extremely overpriced, flavor was beyond lacking, & just tasted way off. & if you have a nut allergy, they don’t use separate blenders, they only rinse out the ones they’ve already used. unless you or someone you love has a nut/food allergy, I guess you wouldn’t understand. probably wouldn’t recommend, & don’t think I’ll be back.

Worst smoothie I've had in Jacksonville hands down. As well as the fact they do not have changing tables... Interestingly enough the owner came up to say, "Hi" to our baby. In that moment we addressed it politely since it was a family bathroom. He didnt say anything and left to get in his convertible Jaguar.. pretty sad.

I work nearby, this has to be the best juice/smoothie place around. The owner and the workers are amazing and knowledgeable, overall an excellent experience every time I walk in.

Great juice bowls and smoothies. Love the Acai peanut butter bowl. Even the healthy ice cream still tastes good. Order online in advance for a quick pick up.

I placed a smoothie online order at 7:42 on my way to work so I could just run in and grab it and now be late to work. I arrived at the store at 8 am to find that my smoothie had not been made yet. Then it took about 10 minutes for the employee to make it with me standing there. Needless to say, I am now late for work and the smoothie doesn’t taste nearly as good as the first time I came here.

Delicious and fresh smoothies & juices! We both really enjoyed the Turmeric smoothie and added some almond butter for sweetness and extra protein ... yum! Fine frozen treats are dairy-free and gluten-free ... must try a sample! Also juices to go if you are in a real hurry or to take home!

Good smoothies but a very high price point and they take FOREVER. Who waits twenty minutes for a smoothie?

Delicious smoothies and fantastic customer service. Ive had their vanilla charcoal ice cream which is delicious. I've also had the greenie juice, the berry banana burst smoothie and the mango delight. My next visit will be for an acai bowl. I highly recommend a visit! Just tried a ginger lemon shot today. If you like ginger you mave to try it. It was awesome. I tried the banana berry acai bowl today. It was a little bland and was something I ate for the nutritional value vs the taste and experience. I was recommended to try the mango one by a co worker. I'll try it out and update my experience.
