I ordered online and it was ready when I arrived and the protein smoothie bowl itself was fresh and very good and satisfying

Placed my order at 12:36 for one smoothie with no crazy add ons. Waited until 1:25 for my one singular smoothie. Had to ask twice if they remembered or were working on my order. Other patrons that came in after me had orders being prepared before my order was started.

Came here for the first time today. Staff was nice and the smoothie was good, but there was plastic in it this was not the only piece it was the only one big enough to take a picture of. I did call and let them know so hopefully no other customers find it in there drink today.

Please never hesitate to let us know if you are not 100% in love with your order so we can fix it on the spot. Please send us photo you took of that plastic so we can determine error, just to clarify we do not use any plastic spoon to make smoothie, thank you for your business, Hope to see you soon!

It was my 1st time in. I'm a big fan of smoothie bowls but unfortunately I did not enjoy the bowl I ordered. It did not taste fresh & had lots of hard pieces of something in it. It was not enjoyable.

Our smoothies tasted very different than other times we’ve ordered. (And we are regulars!!). It really lacked in almond butter flavor and was more icy than normal. The service was great as always but we were disappointed in the quality. Hoping it was a one time occurrence.

On Nov 26 we did not drink the Popeyes açaí smoothie because the fruit and protein powder were in a clump at the bottom. Unfortunately, I had picked it up and it was too inconvenient to return and have it blended some more. The açaí mango bowls were a little watery (unlike they usually are) but ok.
We really enjoy the Nekter bowls when we are in town. I hope this comment is helpful.

It’s good overall. I don’t like agave though (added sugar), so I skip it, but sometimes find the fruit is lacking and so the overall smoothie is flavor lacking. When I make them at without agave, find the fruits plenty sweet.

Also check the dates. The smoothie had a pit blended in it.
