The best spot in Jax for a smoothie. So glad this opened up, feels like a slice of smoothie luxury at the beaches. Whether a green juice or a Popeye’s Açaí, I always feel refreshed and I love the monthly add-in’s like L-Cartinine in Jan 2024. Get the app 👏🏼

I am a pretty regular customer that uses the app but Nektar does not seem to reward my loyalty. The store seems ambivalent to the app and what happened to the Friday smoothie special. Not its every day but Friday.

I love this place! The smoothies and bowls are always delicious and it’s so easy with the app.

I felt good about the customer service experience. The personnel are welcoming and efficient. I like the bowls and smoothies, they are very tasty and satisfying.

The smoothie was one of the best I've had, and the ease of ordering ahead and picking up on my way to work was fantastic. The only thing I wish is that there was a bit better nutrition fact breakdown of ingredients on the app.

I was really enjoying Nekter. They have been my to go lunch place. I enjoy the housemade cashew milk. The parfaits, bowls , smoothies and juices were a great healthy choice for lunch. Yet this past week discouraged me from continuing to order from this location. Not sure if the other locations are the same but the parfait I ordered was so hard I thought there were rocks in place of granola. Not sure if it was prepared beforehand and left out too long but what really discouraged me from returning was the gentleman taking orders at the cash register. He was wearing gloves meant for prepping food and not once changed his gloves as he multitasked between taking cash orders and then prepping and grabbing fruits to cut while wearing the same gloves. I was repulsed by the thought of all the germs and how watery the chia pudding was, I just threw my chia bowl away.
