What a pleasant surprise to find this little gem open on Thanksgiving day after a quick workout. I had the protein waffle with Avocad, it was delicious and the perfect size. My husband loved the protein power bowl which is enough for two people if you ask me. They had a great selection of smoothies, bowls, juices and protein waffles.

The smoothies are great although a little pricey. My biggest suggestion would be updating nutritional info on the app to allow for people to make customizations with knowing how it’s changing the calories/protein, etc. this particular store is always great though.

Love the smoothies however on my last visit i ordered a regular size smoothie through the app was not paying attention when i picked it up and realized after i left they gave me a small.

Ordered AB smoothie and it was made with PB instead. The AB smoothie seems inconsistent with who makes it each time..

The smoothies and bowls are always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This day is the slowest I’ve experienced. They said they just got slammed and large orders. I ordered through the app, took 15 minutes to get there and then waited another 20 minutes for 1 smoothie. Store should be able to delay pickup times when store is busy for more accuracy.

I have been a customer here for a very long time. I love your smoothies, they are my favorite. I have always used the app to order. Most of the time when I order on the app lately, it is not ready. Of course I understand things happen sometimes but it is pretty much every time I order now. I even show up past the time it is supposed to be ready and it still is not ready. Today it was supposed to be ready @1026 and it wasn’t I got there @1035 then they made it and I had it by 1051. They also had an attitude with me for some reason. I am really disappointed in the service lately. I don’t usually complain but today was beyond ridiculous!!

I took 22 minutes to get one small smoothie. And the lady in front of me told them she’d been waiting for 20 minutes to get her bowl.

Friendly service! And my smoothie is always on time when I pick it up so I can get to work promptly.

This was my favorite juice/ smoothie spot in Atlanta. The midtown location is great. Walked into the Jacksonville location for the first time high hopes and was disappointed. No one said a word when I walked in. Two employees were making an order. I stood at the counter for a few mins, made eye contact with BOTH employees and neither said a PEEP. One of them was done making her part of the order, saw me, and the two just continued to chat with each other. The atmosphere was very blah and honestly, waking into a place of business prepared to spend your money just to be ignored is extremely off putting. A “welcome in!” Or “Hello, we’ll be right with you” goes a long way. This should be a given when working somewhere. I waited a few more minutes and ultimately just walked out. So disappointing.

I felt ignored when I walked in for pick up order (one smoothie). Has happened a couple times.. had to say something to get their attention even with them walking over to pick up section (no eye contact)
