I preordered 5 bowls and they were ready when I arrived. They all looked amazing and tasted delicious. We celebrated our Administrative Assistants today and they were very happy with their bowls as well.

5 mins at the counter before being acknowledged by employee. 20 mins from placing order to receiving order. There were 2 customers, me and someone who had ordered on the app. Should not have been that long
