Have never had a worse experience at Nekter. We placed a pickup order, walked in and there were 15 other people in the store waiting. No music was on, it was dead silence while all these people watched 3 teenagers who couldn’t get it together. The girl with the blue hair had no sense of urgency and worked on the same 4 açaí bowls for over 15 minutes and was dumbfounded when the customer asked for a bag. The girl after him did not receive toppings on her bowl and had to go back up. The guy working the juicer was nice when helping guests at the counter but never changed his gloves in between being cashier and going back to the juicer. The most horrifying part of our experience was watching the girl with the blue hair drop a lid on the ground, pick it up, stare at it and then put it on the customers drink!!! Not only is that gross to begin with but the floors were visibly disgusting. My drink sat in the blender for 10 minutes before someone clicked the blender on and put it in the cup. It was watery when I got it 35 minutes after placing the mobile order. The manager seemed to have it together enough to keep the place running but it was painful to watch

Ordered through ap and timed for 20 minutes. Got here after 25 and still had not started and told me I’d have to wait another 20. When I got the bowl it was lacking

Quick, friendly service. The bowl was excellent.

The açaí berry bowl and smoothie where delicious as always.

Wow, waited 25mins for 2 bowls today. Totally not worth the wait. The girls were talking and in no rush. I hate the tip before getting your food these places have. You tip for good service, it isn't automatic. So you make me wait 25 mins when there's barely any customers, you Don't Get a Tip.

I ordered online and all of my items were prepared when I arrived. It was extremely easy to order and pick it up. The smoothies and bowls weren’t melted and tasted amazing.

Your location always does a professional job. The bowls i order are consistent.

Nektar is usually a safe bet, but this location is the exception. Incredibly slow service, missing ingredients, and produce that tasted spoiled. First time I've ever had a warm Acai bowl.

I went here yesterday (1:30PM...not busy) and there was one person waiting in line before me. I waited over 30 minutes to get my acai bowl. And prior to getting served, a woman who came in after me, demanded for hers before mine because she had to get back to work. She got served first. No one seemed to be doing their job. Two more workers came in from a lunch break (or to start their shift) and everyone just started conversing, not attending to the orders. When I demanded a refund...that's when everyone started working and got to my order. What happened to customer service? I would have someone timing the line and making sure they are getting orders out. I would make sure there is someone experienced to run this place. These girls were not on top of things. When I paid, I left a generous tip. it was not deserved. I will not go to this location again.

My bowl was amazing, as usual:) I ordered through the app bc I was on a tight schedule and it was not ready at the projected time (so I was late to my next appointment) but it was so delicious and fresh and still made my day that much better!☺️

I'm a Quality Engineer and I focus on process improvements on a daily within my job scope. I could give one feedback for better service focusing on QUALITY which is processing 1 order at a time with 1 worker processing orders. This will eliminate mistakes being made on orders as I've watched workers get muly order incorrect as well as double back looking at orders while processing multiple orders getting confused. Only 1 blender was being used with 1 worker processing orders so therefore 1 worker can only blend 1 order at a time due to 1 blender being used. Unless we get more workers and more blenders to increase capacity of orders being made at 1 time. Otherwise great location and young staff at the Williams Field location in Gilbert! I also noticed the app doesn't give you the option to add extra fruit on top for the bowls. It only gives an option to get extra bananas only!
