Love the smoothies. The app could use some improvement. It's annoying to tap on an item to see the description and then have to go back out to the main menu, click on smoothies again and then click on a new selection. It should just take you back to the previous screen. Also, it usually takes a little longer than expected. But I do appreciate it is all made fresh.

I love their juices and smoothie bowls! The app makes it very easy to order ahead and just run in to pick up my order.

On a Saturday afternoon, I ordered online. When I arrived, I noticed that the entire store was full of people with no food or drink. While my smoothie was supposed to be ready for pick-up, it was not. The two workers hand wrote a sign near the register explaining that, "We're understaffed today so please be patient". I waited about 20 minutes and when my PB&J Smoothie was given to me, the worker exclaimed, "Sorry but we're out of strawberry jelly". So she handed me a PB smoothie. I asked if she could add fruit. She gave me a sliced strawberry. I was nice and appreciative, but I will not be returning to Nektar. I've already uninstalled the app. I expect more when I pay more than your competition.

My smoothie was ready when I arrived. The flavor of the Pumpkin Spice smoothie is light and festive, but could use something. . . perhaps salt or peanut butter.

Ordered on the app because I had a 20 min drive to get there. Smoothie bowl and shot were ready for me in the cooler upon arrival and I received a nice greeting as I was heading out the door. I chose this location because the pb&j smoothie bowl was offered and it was absolutely delicious! Great quality and friendly service.

Great smoothies, especially the PB&J! I ordered online and picked up using your app. After ordering, the app told me to go to the front of the line and let them know that I ordered online for pick-up. When I arrived at the store, I went to the pick-up area and after a minute of waiting, I informed a worker that I ordered online. He then continued working for another minute and then informed me that I could pick-up my order from the refrigerator on the other side of the store. . .which I did. Had I known that store's online order pick-up process, I could have saved myself a few wasted minutes.

Love this place! Great bowls and always consistent. Friendly employees. I will continue coming here for my smoothie bowls as long as I live in Highlands Ranch. It is more affordable than Vibe in Lone Tree which offers a similar menu and it's closer to me, win win.
