I like the smoothies and bowls but they are expensive.

Love my smoothies and bowls from Nekter. I’ve been ordering on line. They’ve always been ready when I arrive!

My smoothie was too liquidy. I had the almond butter smoothie and it just wasn't thick and creamy like a smoothie, just watery

Created an account and was supposed to get a free shot - couldn't use the code. Our order wasn't together so missed picking up shots when smoothies picked up, had to come back. When called, was told to just come get them.. Not impressed!

The customer service was impeccable! Really improved from the first visit I ever had, this team is full of bubbly individuals with bright and welcoming smiles. The only issue I had was that my smoothie tasted very mechanical and was honestly not good. May be time for a deep clean on the machines again.

Mostly good! The smoothie I ordered was only 16oz instead of the 24oz I ordered. But just took it since I was in a rush. Usually really great service and always happy with the product.

We enjoy Nekter but more so than ever there is no consistency in what we receive. Some weeks great smoothies, others smoothies that are like drinking soup. The speed of service is poor. I appreciate the business model of using younger resources combined with complexity of orders, but there needs to be some accountability to holding employees to better responsiveness and customer service. Each time you walk in you can tell people have been sitting and waiting for a while.

This is the best place! The smoothies are amazing and the staff is so friendly!

Service is usually mediocre. Doesn’t feel like the staff cares much. On top of that the speed is slow. Takes over 20 mins to get two smoothies.

I tried the pumpkin smoothie. It was delicious!

Honeetly the smoothie tasted off. I have had the pumpkin smoothie in the past and loved it! But the other day I ordered for take out and it just tasted off and chemically. Almost felt like soap or cleaning products got in it. I like how your smoothies are less sweet but this tasted like it lacked all ingredients except the pumpkin and milk. Was not what I have received in the past at all

I wasn't quite sure if I should take my smoothie from the to-go area without checking with anyone since I didn't see anyone behind the counter, they were walking around

Nobody answered the phone for my curbside order. When I went inside to get my smoothie, it was just sitting on the counter…so it was watery and not super cold :( placed it 15min before arrival because that’s what the app said! Usually have a great experience so I’m sure it was a one off, but wanted to let you know!

My only feedback is I find it humorous that you offer a $5 cold brew smoothie that is regularly $7 but then automatically add a $2 tip! Yes I know, I can change that to no tip but really, where’s the discount? LOL! I think the whole service industry needs to pay their staff more and do away with tipping all together. It works really well in Europe. Just my two cents, but this is a survey!

Really great place for refreshing acai bowls and various juices and smoothies.
