Lots of young kids behind the counter talking to each other and friends in the store. Our order took 20 minutes.

I just had to wait a few moments after ordering online. It was fine. One employee wasn’t properly wearing his mask.

Seems like the amount of fruit at this location is very slim compared to others ive been to and leaving the bowls in the pick up section has them melting

The juice was delicious and the representative brought my curbside order out as soon as I arrived. Service was great!

I usually order a 24oz drink but at least 4 times now I’ve been given a 16oz drink and have been told it’s a 24oz drink. I actually took the cup and measured how much liquid it holds and what I’m being told is a 24 oz cup is in fact a 16oz cup. I measured the amount of juice I was given and it was less than 16 oz. I paid for 24 so I’m not sure why I’m being given less than 16oz. And when I asked about it I was told it was a 24 oz drink so I’m not sure what is going on. Whenever I order this same drink at one of the other locations I am always given a 24oz drink in a 24 oz cup - so I really do not understand what is going on.

Good. Only negative would be the consistency of product. Sometimes during busy times the quality suffers.

Love this store and the fact that the staff are personable and always say hello and usually know my name. Drinks are always made well!!

The team was stressed, behind and not very present. I felt sorry for them and estimated time was missed significantly. May need to have more staff added on Saturdays. Like that's so easy these days :)

Honeetly the smoothie tasted off. I have had the pumpkin smoothie in the past and loved it! But the other day I ordered for take out and it just tasted off and chemically. Almost felt like soap or cleaning products got in it. I like how your smoothies are less sweet but this tasted like it lacked all ingredients except the pumpkin and milk. Was not what I have received in the past at all
