The team member that brought out my juice was so prompt and polite. I didn't have to call, he brought it out as soon as I parked. The juice was delicious! Kudos!

Order was ready when I arrived. I really like that this location has to-go orders out in a separate location so you don't have to wait to find someone to go in the back to get your order (the greenwood village location does it this way and it always takes longer as a result).

I went into Nekter for the first time and walked in everyone was super nice and especial the girl named Bella who was working at the front. She greeted me wonderfully and the staff made my bowl super fast and it tasted wonderful. 10 /10 world recommend and would hit up again!!!
I placed an online order (2 items) after 5pm, store closes at 6pm. Received a prompt call to let me know an item couldn't be made due to the juicer not working. I was offered a full refund or a substitute. How kind of them to offer a full refund. When I picked up my second item, the gal at the front (Megan or Madison perhaps?) greeted me kindly although it was almost closing time and apologized perfusely about the juicer. I've always liked the Highlands Ranch Nekter location. I also moved to another town and still enjoy coming here.
