Created an account and was supposed to get a free shot - couldn't use the code. Our order wasn't together so missed picking up shots when smoothies picked up, had to come back. When called, was told to just come get them.. Not impressed!

I place a order online for a bowl and asked for no granola, no coconut flakes and no pineapple on top and I got all 3. I called and let store know but I didn’t want to go back and wait for another one to be made so I took off when I got home. But plz attention to details of orders.

The customer service was impeccable! Really improved from the first visit I ever had, this team is full of bubbly individuals with bright and welcoming smiles. The only issue I had was that my smoothie tasted very mechanical and was honestly not good. May be time for a deep clean on the machines again.

Mostly good! The smoothie I ordered was only 16oz instead of the 24oz I ordered. But just took it since I was in a rush. Usually really great service and always happy with the product.

Online menu was not up to date, so I ordered an unavailable item. But the store called me and let me know, so I was able to choose a different item. Store also forgot a different item I ordered, but they realized it before I did and called and refunded the cost. Great quality products and friendly service!

Overall always happy with Nekter and the ease of ordering through the app. However on this particular day my order was not ready. Was told that there was a glitch in the app system and them sending over orders. The staff was quick to make my order so didn't have to wait too long but did have to wait. Like the convenience of ordering ahead of time and then just picking up without waiting.

Great! I had an e-mail with a Buy one, get one half off, so ordered 2 Acai bowls to pick up the next morning. I see the time for 10:30. Walked in at 10:31 - my order was ready and still frozen. Just right!
