I had a great experience! The card reader was down but the cashier was very helpful when helping me navigate the app so that I could order online! My bowl was ready within 2 minutes!

Normally it's great, they looked very stressed, I heard one person ask the other what something was and get mad when they didn't know. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:05, I have a few extra minutes because I know it gets busy and showed up at 10:15 and it wasn't ready. Also did you guys get new peanut butter? If so there has to be a better way to put it in because it is so sticky, it stuck to my lid and lifted off more than 1/2 of my toppings, which *****. I know before the pb was a little cold and solid but at least it was in a ball on the side, not taking my whole bowl with it. It's also not aesthetically pleasing, your bowls are so beautiful but not anymore with this sticky situation.

The açaí bowls are either filled to the top or there’s a lot room. The Greenwood Village location is more consistent in filling the açaí bowls

Consistently delicious! I don't come when I'm rushing because I know it takes a little while but I just feel like that's part of what you get when you want something prepared fresh and on the spot. So refreshing and I love the acai bowls and every smoothie and juice I've tried!

Hey Kelly, Thanks for choosing us and leaving such a great review! Many of our customers use the nekter app when they are in a rush. You can pick the time you want it to be ready and we put it right in our grab n go refrigerator up front for you to come in and grab. Right now, you get a free Acai Bowl just for signing up.
The bowl was very tasty! The staff was friendly and helpful! The order was ready quickly! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The bowl was great but it took 30 min. I ordered at 8:45 and it wasn't ready until almost 9:15.

I ordered the dragonfruit bowl- it was delicious, and the strawberries were so ripe!
Though it doesn't look low a lot, it really is filling.
I think customer service could be improved upon-I wasnt greeted but the girls were friendly, just focused.
My juice- the beet ginger one- didn't taste good...maybe I didn't realize it wasn't sweetened!
