The drinks and bowls are always fresh and delicious and the people who work here are friendly and helpful.

One of the best bowls ever. It was delicious, the consistency was perfect. I am not sure why it varies so much from time to time, but wish it was always like this last time.

It was so so. I ordered on the app for a specific time for it to be ready and it wasn’t ready. I finally went up to counter (about 5 minutes after my specific time) and asked if they knew where my order was in line. Was told they could work on it next as it had not been started yet. Had to wait another 10+ minutes to get my order. I was hoping by ordering ahead of time it would be ready … very disappointed. May have to try another açaí bowl place in the area next time :(

Nektar is always a win! I ❤️ the dragon bowl and when possible add the coconut whip! So much yum. Its always so fresh and the staff is super friendly! I drive across town to come here! Its so so good.

My bowl was ready and waiting for me when I walked in! It was fresh and tasty just as I knew it would be!

We ordered bowls online for our company lunch. Some were barely filled halfway and others were missing multiple ingredients. We didn't realize it until we were back in the office (order was in a bag) and had no time to return to the store. Order was ready 20 minutes after specified pickup time.

I got 1/2 of a bowl. This is the only time I’ve had this problem.

Easy, fast, online ordering and pickup. The Acai bowls are always delicious!

Not great honestly, I waited over 30 minutes to receive 1 acai bowl and workers didn't even call my name when it was ready. I had to go back a second time and ask for an update when they finally told it had been sitting in the takeout area. If I had known to check there, I would have checked sooner but they told me that they were going to call my name when it was ready. And on top of that, I paid extra for whipped cream on my bowl and I didn't get any. I would have asked for a remake, but after the long wait, I didn't see the point.

Everything was great. Except one thing. I ordered my bowl without blueberries and it had blueberries on it. Not a big deal, I just scraped them off. Workers were friendly and the product taste great.

I signed up for app and ordered a bowl. It said I should get a free smoothie or juice for doing this but nothing shows up in my app

The bowls today's were not as good as other days. They lacked flavor, they were quite liquidy, and the overall quality just didn't feel up to the normal standards. We lot that there is a protein option on the menu here so we will probably still be returning customers, but when the quality is less than we're used to, we definitely aren't passing on good remarks to others. Hopefully the next time we visit the bowls will be more what we're used to.

I placed an order and unfortunately there was a couple of errors. This is the first time. Also, our bowls were not very full. Maybe it was just an off day.

I regularly order online for pickup. I placed an order at 3:05pm and did not even get it until 3:35pm. That was 5 minutes late. As I was waiting (starting at 3:28pm) I saw three customers walk in, order the same thing I did and walk out with their bowl before mine was ready. This was a shaking head moment as my smoothie bowls took less than a pizza at Perry’s (made from scratch). Although both smoothie bowls were the same price, one of my bowls has close to half the amount of smoothie in it.

All is well. My bowl was ready when I arrived.
