Okay I went with my friends and my boyfriend. Well we found 3 hairs in our smoothie bowl.... 3 HAIRS. im not the kind of person to say something after one hair. I just kinda leave it off to the side and forget about it but 3 hairs is way too much . That's not acceptable. Also they were different hairs .
However the way they handled the situation was very nice. All I wanted was ice cream WHICH WAS AMAZING BY THE WAY. Highly recommend their chocolate skoop. The staff was nice but I do have to give 2 stars for the hairs. I can't get past that.
Great place for juice. I have been a loyal customer to I Love my Juice bar for years. The recent issue with they way they treat their female employees had me looking for an alternative. I will now be a loyal customer here.
Best spot in Knoxville. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Especially a lighter option, yet filling.
