Love the order ahead option. One disappointment on order ahead is that when you are busy we have to come in person to purchase a bowl.

Tried a bowl today and it was delicious! I had two pre-orders. They initially handed me one, I waited about 10 min for the second one only to find they missed it in the fridge all along. Oh well. It happens, not a big deal.

You guys always do good it's always fun to go in and see how the process is and then when the beautiful product comes out myself I always get a drink but when I go with my kids we always get bowls thank you guys for keeping everything so fresh my kids love it

Bowl was delicious

Cacao nibs were missing from my bowl and granola was put on the bowl when I asked to have it on the side.

Second time I order ahead of time on the app and I request extra fruits on top of my order and am not given, I put exactly what I want in my bowl and still not given it correctly and since I go on my lunch I cant go back or afford to wait.

Ive always received the best experience in the smoothie and bowl section i love it 🥰

I always pay for extra peanut butter on top pf my bowl. The workers need to pay more attention to the orders because I only receive the peanut butter that I pay for about 10% of the time.

On the last visit, the Nektar mobile app showed my Order was completed but when I walked into the store, my bowl was not made. I waited for it to be made and once ready to go, I was told the store ran out of lids. This was a takeout order so it was a bit awkward driving home carefully with the uncovered bowl in the car. Overall I love Nekter and will continue to support but thought it would be good to share this feedback. :)

I was not greeted until I stood there a long time and then waved at a staff member. A trainee handed me my order. The bowl was low by about 2 inches. Also, for sure I was not handed what I'd paid for. The ingredients were all wrong. No worries, I'll be back; I'll just pay more attention before leaving.

This place has no customer service and ripped me off on two of my orders. I went there to order a $10PB bowl. I subbed a $1 extra for almond butter. My bowl was filled up barely half way with a few pieces of different fruit. Then when I ordered the $3 2 oz tumeric shot, the employee slid it over the counter to me, without saying a word and walked away. So I assumed it was mine. It was in a small container and looked about 1 oz or less. The combination of that, plus no one saying hi and ignoring my thank yous, is what makes me give it 1 star. I get it, inflation is high, but don't rip a customer off because of it. Not going back.

I got an acai banna berry bowl here. The Asian guy taking my order seemed like he didn’t want to be there/super annoyed when he took my order. I said thank you at the end of the transaction and he didn’t say anything/stared at me. I ordered a side of peanut butter and was ignored for 6 minutes before I was able to flag someone down and ask for my peanut butter. What they gave me was a small dollop in a bowl. (An extra $1 for that?) They didn’t put much fruit in the bowl either. I ended up going home and adding my own peanut butter and some frozen fruit to my bowl. Overall this bowl wasn’t worth $10. The staff there seem very annoyed with their jobs/they take it out on the customer. I’ll be going a couple doors down to Jamba Juice and getting an acai bowl from them (I’ve never had any problems with them). Stockton really a needs a Yogurt Mill. Friendlier service, cheaper acai bowls ($7.95 for a 16 ounce bowl) and generous servings. If you’re ever in Modesto or Turlock, visit one of their Yogurt Mills and try a bowl there. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything was good but no almond butter was in my bowl

I always ask for one of my bowls to not have agave on it. They continue to put it in both. What’s the point of having that option if they’re not looking at the order. I am diabetic and would prefer my order the way I pay for it.

Great drinks and smoothies. The fruit bowls are refreshing and delicious.
