Order messed up related to the bowl toppings....observed the worker scrape off toppings and redo...not very professional and remnants of the old toppings remained. Need to pay closer attention to the order as it was very clearly noted on the order the modification I wanted which was no agave.

I love your smoothie bowls and will still come back but not as much because the servings are getting less and less. My smoothie bowl is barely filled halfway and doesn't fill me up anymore. I used to have to split it with someone because it was so mucb but the servings have become less and less. I understand everything is expensive right now but I would rather pay a few cents more and have it be the way it used too. Still good but disappointing

The bowls I ordered were delicious! They kept my order cold and put away until I arrived, then bagged them up with a smile! Love this place!

I did a mobile order and my bowl and smoothie were ready when I arrived and the staff got them for me immediately. They were friendly and quick!

I was disappointed with my super food bowl because it was very very poorly made. The presentation was not only lacking in toppings but presentation was very sloppy too. My toxin flush was okay. I can tell that Nektar is training because the customer always has to sacrifice quality.

Everything was great except there was no granola on the bowls we ordered. We love the crunch the granola gives.

We were driving through and found that the quality of this Nekter did not even come close to comparing to the quality of our usual Nekter. The acai bowls consistency was not as good and felt it was missing ingredients- it tasted more like a strawberry banana smoothie. The fruit on top was not cut well and presentation was off, including there was much less food in the bowl overall. We will not come back to this store on our future trips to CA.

Very friendly staff that is always willing to recommend a drink or bowl. The products are amazing.

My bowl could’ve been a bit better but overall god

I didn’t receive the peanut butter scoop on top of my bowl that I paid for. This happens to me about 75% of the time. My husband picked up my order and didn’t notice until he brought it home.

My order was made incorrectly. I made a mobile order for the mango bowl sub pitaya but it was made w açaí

I struggle with paying $11 for a 32oz drink that falls short of the "fill" line and is nothing but Apple juice. I expect to be able to taste the greens and ginger of my favorite drink, Toxin Flush. I do not wish to pay $11 for a Underfilled cup of apple juice. On a positive, the super food bowl was made very well and I enjoyed it. I had my order delivered and was unable to bring the drink concern to attention to be corrected. Nectar is my fave juice bar and I expect great customer service like the type of customer service that "Itso" gives a me when I am in person in the store. "Joey's" in store customer service needs improvement. Third party delivery was good. Thank you for your time.

Wonderful bowl!

I submitted an online order. When I got to the store they informed me that they were out of pitaya. I’ve really enjoyed coming here for the last few years but the quality at this location has really gone downhill. They are always out of product, constantly turn off the ordering option on the app, and the bowls are extremely inconsistent. My bowl shouldn’t be icy with chunks of fruit and the amount of toppings varies widely.

The bowls have less and less in them everytime i go. I don’t think i will be back
