I've only been here a few times but the service has been great. The acai bowl is my go to item now!!

I had a mobile order and I was eventually acknowledged the employee saying hello at the handoff counter and myself greeting the employee and sharing I had a mobile order with my name. I could clearly see it in the fridge and she just okay. Didn’t bother checking if it was ready or not, and not even following up with a I am working on it or I’ll check on it in a second. I waited 15 minutes for her to finish working on bowls to return to me after fishing orders and handing off, for the employee to greet me again and ask what was the name again for my mobile order and it be in the fridge in the same place it was when I seen it.

They were working on my order when I arrived. Even though it was somewhat busy I didn’t spend more than 5 minutes in the shop. Protein bowl was refreshing and delicious!

Every time we come here the smoothies and açaí bowls are delicious. Even our kids want some! It’s clean, employees are friendly, my mobile order is always ready to go at the promised time.

I love the environment and the location of this Nektar juice bar! Always happy receiving my smoothie bowls and juices! They’re so delicious and I can taste how fresh the ingredients are! Ever since I discovered Nektar I haven’t went back to Jamba Juice.

I always love Nekter but I am a member and in my email I received the açaí bowls were supposedly $10 today. When I placed my order, I was charged the regular price. Other than that, customer service is always great and the bowls are always good. I also love that when I came to pick up my order it was ready and waiting for me.

Not bad the waiting time seems excessive for only 3 bowls

I had ordered a bowl before work that way I can just pick it up and head to my job, but when I got there my bowl was not made and they explained to me that it was because they didn’t have anymore bananas and they just got their shipment and there was a girl in the back prepping the bananas. I asked them if they can make me a smoothie instead simply because it was quicker to make. They were right on it, but it wasn’t what I had ordered and it was very inconvenient since I had ordered about 20 minutes before I arrived and nothing was made.

I door dashed so good experience. However in the past I don’t feel like bowls are consistently good.
