The gal that made my PB Bowl today made one of the BEST pb bowls I’ve gotten from Nekter. It was properly made to the top, perfectly mixed and stacked, no chunks or frozen fruit blobs.. it was delish. I have been missing the consistency of Nekter when it comes to online ordering ahead but today it was perfect!

I love the bowls they are always so fresh

I ordered two bowls and one was not correct. Additionally, the bowls were not labeled, so I could not tell which was which. It was especially stressful because I had ordered the Gluten Free granola due to my allergy and I had to guess. Luckily, I'm fine. The bowls themselves were good amidst the mistakes, but it wouldve been nice to at least know what was what.

Today we had the pumpkin bowls. They had no flavor. We had the same ones last weekend and they were great. This week was extremely disappointed. If this was my first time I wouldn’t come back. I don’t mind the prices if it is good. I am hoping you will give my a credit or a gift card.

1st my bowl I ordered on Sat 9/10 was not upto Nekter standard and was only fill half way up the bowl. Totally feel shortchanged on portion size. 2nd customer service is bad at this store especially compared to how it was when 1st opened. Poor management and lack of customer service!

Ordered two bowls, one bowl was perfect with all the ingredients, the other bowl on the other hand was missing a key ingredient. I really enjoy and love this place, and I love spending my money here. Thank you for reading this. Hope these minor things can be addressed

Freshly made juices, smoothies and bowls that are delicious and healthy for you. Fruit /granola bowls are large and filling. Love their chia pudding and the oatmeal. Great service most of the time. A bit pricey but worth it. It's very busy during weekday lunch times and mornings.

The app doesn’t have a spot to mark allergy. My concern is that when the food is being made that the workers aren’t following directions because they are going so fast. I watched banana go on a bowl that doesn’t have banana and then the worker just took it off.

I gave a 5 for customer service because this is the 3rd time I've ordered a bowl and didn't get the extra peanut butter on top that i paid extra for.

Should be able to just request the drink and bowls without going through the 5 step process online

My family and I enjoy getting the acai bowls. We definitely love how they are perfect amount of fruit and not to sweet. I highly recommend and costumer service is amazing.

I ordered two Açaí bowls. Both had very little banana and fruit. It was mostly granola and juice. I also ordered mango, and there was no mango. I have been SO happy in the past- this was surprising. I’m hoping it’s just a one time issue.

This one wasn’t a good one! I mobiled and waited to take my lunch until the time it said my item would be ready. When I arrived my order wasn’t ready, which I get it, they were busy. I have my name and was assured it was in the line. I asked about 10 min later and they said it was in the line. I watched the worker put 3 bowl in the fridge, and say nothing to me, which was the same girl who had been in contact with us that were waiting. 25 minutes go by and another worker finally asked me who I was waiting for, I gave my name, and of course it was one bowl that was out in the fridge. I think the communication could have been better at least.

My acas bowl had way too much granola. Usually, it's just the right amount but this time I could not finish my bowl because I could hardly taste the fruit it was so full of granola.

I left a negative review a while back, but one should leave good feedback as well, especially when it’s extremely deserved. Not just great presentation on the bowls (aesthetically pleasing) but they also tasted absolutely delicious. Great customer service as well as an efficient pick up time. Loved it!
