Everything is great! But everytime i order online the fruits are bitter/not right and the smoothie/bowl that i get doesn’t taste good. Seems like they reuse old fruits for online orders.

I placed a mobile order ahead of time, just guessing how long it would take me to get there from Lodi. I was a bit early, but they had my daughter's protein power bowl already made and ready for me in the fridge. It was a special treat for her while wrestling at the CIF Masters tournament there in Stockton.

I stood there waiting to pick up my order, and no one helped me. Someone else arrived after me, and was helped right away; I had to actively ask for my order while others were helped right away. When I eventually got my order, nothing was labeled so I had a hard time figuring out what was what. I ordered 3 bowls and couldn’t tell the difference between them. It has also happened in the past; I order multiple smoothies and can’t tell the difference.

Just put stickers on bowl for giving them name

They have a juice called The Buzz that usually is my Go-to. When going for juice ,I usually go for veggie juice being the sugar content in fruit juices .I do drink there fruit juices though , just in moderation .. carbs and fiber and try to avoid carbs with no fiber . Healthy Whole Foods ( I am trying to learn and learning every day )healthy choices . I’m posting a pic of a Bowl . Also very good

It was good,the only thing I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order taken a little long then I spect.But the bowl it was so good👍🏻

Hi all good but the thing i want to share is on your all bowls u guys not print any name like is it protein bowl or immunity one , its hard to select it , most of ur employees are not interested to help they hv kind of excuse they new on job or something else . I visit ur 2 locations modesto & Stockton one same things. For growing this business u should hv good customer service is must otherwise after some time it will effect business too , focus on this part

It took over 3 minutes to get acknowledged that I was standing at the counter waiting for my mobile order of 3 berry bowls. There were 2 people on duty. Neither looked up at me. When finally acknowledged I was asked if I had an online order, then asked my name. She got the order out of the refrigerator, then asked if I wanted a bag. No smile, no eye contact.

The store in my city, Stockton Ca gets pretty busy, so I use the ap & it makes it so easy I just walk In & Out! 😋 Everything is good the drinks the bowls & the snacks.. I rave about the delicious freshness!

Everything was fine... I just feel like they could have filled the bowl more with acai.
