They were really busy but I was standing there waiting for my mobile order. By the the time they gave it to me my acai bowl was in a liquid form. It's not the dirT time this has happened. I'm so sad because this was one of my favorite places

There’s been a few times where my add on’s for my smoothie bowls have been missed.

Bowls were ordered online and seemed like they had been sitting around. They were soft and not frozen. Our pickup time was set for 645 and we picked up 5 minutes after that. There were no napkins in your store(not that big of a deal, but we are far from home and pulling a trailer)
Bowls were more bland than I remember in the past.

I think you’re cheating people out of their money. I always get the smoothie bowls and they have ALWAYS been filled to the top (as they should when you spend $13/$14 for it). Today when I received my DoorDash order my bowl was half full. I was confused as to why it wasn’t filled to the top so I went to nektar. When I got there and showed the employee she explained that that is the way they fill them (they fill them to the bottom of the N on the container) I explained that I was just confused and concerned because my bowl never looked like that. One of the other employees proceeded to show me a paper with pictures and instructions on it for the employees on how to make a smoothie bowl and it does show that the bowl is filled barley half way.
My issue is with the company as a whole. Containers should ALWAYS be filled all the way to the top. Customers shouldn’t have to feel like they are being cheated out of their money because a company wants to be greedy. I won’t spend my money here anymore, I do not feel like the portion size is worth the money. This location needs to make sure that the employees are all on the SAME page as to how the container should be filled. Please do better.

I had ordered a banana Açaí bowl in it I had requested pineapple, green apples, and strawberry’s, getting there I got only strawberries, and bananas, no apple and no pineapple. I do hope they can improve because I did pay extra for things I didn’t get. But otherwise I will order again hoping for better that quality will improve.
