Placed an order 10 minutes prior to arriving, there was nobody at the counter for several minutes, then when someone appeared and I said I placed an order online, she looks at the receipt printer and says "Oh, did you just place it?" and I answered with "well I placed it 10 minutes ago." I don't mind waiting but it's interesting to not be greeted at all, let alone no staff available to start making online orders when they come through. I also was in a hurry so I could use a restroom - I would have used yours, but for some reason it is closed. Perhaps you should open your restroom for customers to use like any normal food place considering there is no reason for it to be closed.
I also would have sat down while I waited, but all your tables are pushed into the corner with the chairs on top of them. Would love for this to make sense, but it doesn't. Do better - if I managed this location, I would be embarrassed.
