Nekter Juice Bar - Long Beach

I ordered via the ap. When I arrived 15 minutes later, my order had not been received therefore it was not ready. Customer service was average to needing improvement. I LOVE the fresh juices which keeps me going back.

No staff . 20 min wait just to take order

I visit this location often, for the most part I place my order ahead and it’s ready when I arrive. During this visit it appeared they were short staffed and behind on their orders so I did have to wait another 20min for my order, which I did not mind cause it happens. Either way my bowl was still delicious, fresh and enjoyed eating. Keep up the hard work

I placed an online order, I showed up, they had no idea about my order. They finally looked at the printer and claimed it just showed up. There wasn’t anyone else in the store. There were several employees so I’m not sure why my order was overlooked.

I got there when my drink was suppose to be ready (15 min after app order) and asked for my drink. They said it will take a while as they are missing staff. There was 3 people working- I'm used to it being 2-3 people normally. I asked how long and they said another 15 min maybe. I would have been fine with that but they did not do the drinks in order. A person that ordered 20 min after I had ordered got his order before me. My order was not only very late but was also missing the protein order I had paid extra for.

You guys are AMAZING. I ordered online and then called to see if a friend could pick up my order for me. Not only did you allow my friend to pick it up but you had it ready a day early. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so friendly and accommodating and I couldn’t be happier. Oh and the juice is also wonderful.

Had to wait 30 min for my 1 item order today.

The guy that gave my friend and I our bowl was totally rude to her. He seems like he hates working there. Everyone seems sad.

My wife and I have been coming here for a year and we have nothing but great things to say. I wish the company would invest in quieter lenders for the sake of their employees who have to hear them all day. I’m sure it’s not good for their hearing. But we are both grateful for having access to healthy food which is not easy to find in a on the go environment
