I normally have a 10/10 experience. Today was an 8 bc my smoothie was missing the strawberry chia and the taste was also a little bit off.

Smoothies are good, but I don’t know why it is that no matter what Nekter location I visit, the employees are always rude and miserable. I tip every time, I always try to be pleasant and don’t ask for extras so I don’t know why it’s always problematic when I come. I’ve been frequenting this one because it’s close to my home, but again, I think I’ve had maybe one positive interaction in the past five visits. Today I came and was ignored for 10 minutes in silence. Either these girls need better management or it’s a requirement to be rude to work at a Nekter.
I had a great experience here. I stopped in for a smoothie between jobs, and it was already ready when I arrived, which made everything super convenient. The restroom was clean and easy to access, which I really appreciated while on the go. And the smoothie itself was excellent — great quality and exactly what I needed.

Shoutout to Leyna for absolutely saving the day! My wife works nights at the hospital and had ordered her usual AB smoothie with pea protein and no agave. I went to pick it up for her, but as I was getting out of the truck... boom—dropped it. Now she’s heading to work hungry, and I’m the guy who messed up her pre-shift fuel.
I explained what happened to Leyna, and without hesitation or any hassle, she immediately offered to make a new one. That kind of kindness and customer service is rare—and deeply appreciated. Thanks to her, my wife got her smoothie, and I’m off the hook for being the clumsy one.
