Yesterday I ordered the same protein waffles I like to eat in mornings before work but this time I accidentally spilled them from the edge of my table and a bit on myself
It was a mess
I tried to clean up and bit
But the lady in the front desk took note of what happened and immediately came to clean up the mess I made
And to kill with kindness she offered to make me a new batch of waffles from before
I was so grateful I wasn't gonna go to work hungry
My only regret is not asking for her name so I can give her a better tip the next time I visit
I shall take a picture the next time I get waffles here

It’s convenient because it’s right by my job. But some employees there seem miserable and are very unapproachable. And I do mobile pick up! Maybe not a ppl person but you are doing customer service.

My experience today was great. I was greeted right away and acknowledged soon as I walked through the doors I ordered online and my order was ready for pick up at the time it was scheduled. My parfait was so good. I’ll be back soon.
