Things are usually good here this time my acai bowl was almost watery. They need to keep the materials at the right temperature and put them into the freezer immediately. My order was sitting out on the counter.

I ordered my cleanse on Sunday and came to pick it up. Today and it wasn’t ready. The young lady at the front desk was helpful but now I need to push my cleanse back.

Well…. I ordered
2 of the same drinks and one came out full of flavor and the other was soooooo watered down. 2 totally different colors. What I’m suspecting is that they made a double batch. I saw them add a couple of apples and celery at the end to try to close the gap of the drinks. Ugh not happy
The product is good but the customer service is pretty bad most of the time. Not always, but more so it should be. I don't usually complain but I ended up waiting 40 minutes, and that is 40 minutes in store after I even showed up 5 minutes after the estimated pickup time. It took about 10 minutes to be asked if I've been helped while standing at the mobile pickup area while employees were coming to the counter and going straight back to make in-store orders when all they needed to do was get my name to get my order from the fridge. Finally I got asked and the kid looked at his orders but without actually looking for my name and told me 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I'm the only person left and they're looking at me like I'm there just to stand around. I said I think you guys forgot about me. The response was"do you want a free shot or something" which I said no to. Then they pulled my already made order from the fridge and gave me the shot anyway for some reason.i go there once or 1-3, times a week because I like it but I hate the pick up though because I feel ignored for the first 10 minutes about 70% of my visits.

The açaí bowls were very watered down. It almost had a texture of a smoothie. I will not order bowls sometime soon.
