I’ve been coming for years and there is a handful of ladies that have done, historically, an excellent job and made my day when I came. However, recently, new hires have taken a Very long time and have not always been the best at customer service. I considered not coming back for this reason.

Didn't greet at all and was just standing by the takeout counter being completely ignored. Employee walked right up to the counter and seemed to try and avoid me for whatever reason and I had to ask him to check on my order. Saw the same thing happen to a couple of other people who walked in and just awkwardly waited around.

I’ve been coming here twice a week after the gym. i place my order online beforehand and there have been times the order is still not ready. When I go inside, it is always empty so I do not understand why it would take the employees so long to make the order. There was one time I was waiting at the online order pickup side and the employees ignored me and gave drinks to the customers that came after me and did not have an online order pick up. Then 5-7 minutes later when the employee finally acknowledged me, i told her I was here for my online order and it was sitting in the fridge. So I could’ve gotten my order quicker and leave home if the employee would’ve acknowledged me sooner.
