I placed my order online and specified the granola on the side but the granola was put inside the bowl.

Very good, I've had some bad experiences during Covid, but today the staff was very friendly, my bowl and smoothie were ready right away, all supplies like spoons etc. were available.

My order wasn’t ready until ten minutes after the promise time. It was a disaster and the staff had no idea how to get organized. They made my bowl wrong even being ten minutes late with it along with making the order in front of mine wrong.

I visit this location often, for the most part I place my order ahead and it’s ready when I arrive. During this visit it appeared they were short staffed and behind on their orders so I did have to wait another 20min for my order, which I did not mind cause it happens. Either way my bowl was still delicious, fresh and enjoyed eating.

Açaí bowls are better again. There were a few months ago where the consistency was not good in the pallet and the taste was different from the traditional flavors
