I asked for no blue berries in my acia bowl and got them inside and on top of the bowl, couldn’t go back because I was running late , receipt also said no blueberries

Nekter needs a system to tell people they are ordering something that is out. I ordered ahead of time and when I got there found out the bowl I wanted was out and I had to order something. When I ordered something else, they were also out of fruit that goes in the bowl so it was missing a lot of stuff. I wish someone had just told me that instead of 2 orders being out in one visit.

I feel service has gone down since I first started coming here a couple of years ago. Drinks are watered down and my bowl was not up to par missing some key ingredients. They said they would replace the bowl but at the price point y’all are selling things for, it should be better.

Once again our order was wrong when we arrived. They insisted it was the correct bowl even though we told them it wasn’t. Left to find we were right and it went into the trash along with the money I spent.

The raspe of my açaí bowl was off. It was tasteless. I’m sure there was an ingredient missing. Also, I noticed that it was melting, I thought ordering ahead was a plus but I’m not too convinced now. Lastly, I was disappointed with the amount of strawberries, I’m sure it was 1

Things are usually good here this time my acai bowl was almost watery. They need to keep the materials at the right temperature and put them into the freezer immediately. My order was sitting out on the counter.
