Walked in at 7:55pm (closing is 8pm) on Friday, August 2nd to get a smoothie for my boys. As I walk in, door unlocked, I’m told they are closed for the night. Listen I fully understand cleaning up for the night, prepping for opening, etc. but if there’s 5 minutes before closing then the expectation would be that I can still get a smoothie. I love this Nektar, but last night was not a great experience. Hope this can get figured out!
Today’s experience was good. In the past I have had to wait for service while the people behind counter didn’t even acknowledge me. I was trying to purchase already bottled drinks ie Total Body Reset-

Horrible place order 2 drinks off the menu PBJ and strawberry banana. Completely screwed them up. The one on the right in the picture is apparently straw/banana with purple strawberries I guess the other is pbj with no jam or anything taste like pb and water. Do not go here. Would not make them proper stuck with this garbage.
I tried your shakes for the first time. It (birthday batter/cake) was very underwhelming. It was very watery. I would’ve thought the shakes would’ve been thicker in consistency but if I had to do it all over again, I would definitely have chosen a smoothie for two dollars less than what I paid for the shake.

Very comfortable and felt very welcomed. It was a quick pickup order which I found shocking since picking up at other places feels like it takes 10 minutes but not here. I was in and out within a minute!!

When I walked in and said I had a mobile order and gave my name, the girl said to me oh, the mobile order will not be ready until 836. why is it necessary to be so fresh? All she needed to do was say I’ll have it ready in a few minutes.
