My juice and smoothie were not in a drink carrier and were not seal, arrive open and spill

I loved that my order was complete before I got there. They made my order as soon as I ordered it online. Very efficient with order time. With that being said. My bowl seemed like the portions were less than it normally has when I order the same thing in other Nekter juice bars. The price was definitely not worth the amount of serving my bowl came with.

the smoothies were a little too runny, was straight liquid juice instead of smoothie like texture :(

My juice was delicious and cool, but even better the worker brought my juice out to me because I had my dog with me. It was very kind of her, and made me even more satisfied with my experience at Nekter.

Great! I ordered a juice on my phone and it was ready when it was supposed to be. Juices are always delicious!!! The service was absolutely "fine," but I thought it could have been a little friendlier and happy to see me!

Speed of service and customer service were great. However, I tried my Buzz juice after leaving and something tasted a bit off. This is my go to order at Nekter, so I’m not sure if one of the ingredients wasn’t as fresh as it should be, but the taste was different

My only concern about my experience was the taste of my juice. I customized a juice to only be made of orange juice but the oranges used were extremely bitter. I did not even enjoy my 24 ounces of it :/

Need more then one person making juices guy was nice but I ordered online, got here at the time for order said I would need to wait 10 mins, don’t get why I ordered online? He needed help. Nekter hire more

Order on line. Went there juicers we’re not working , would not return money either

I ordered a green apple detox juice, and I normally get them from different cities but this specific Nekter added way too much ginger to my juice, and it was really overpowering and I could not drink it.

Love the healthy feeing after drinking a juice or smoothie. Love the deals on the app.

The girls that work the morning shift are friendly and make my juices with love. They always seem to go above and beyond. Great customer service.

It's hitting miss on getting the drink the right way. This last time I felt like I just got Apple juice instead of a toxic flush.

10 minutes late and she didn’t add ginger to my juice. She looked a little stressed working alone during the morning so it’s understandable. But my juice just wasn’t so good unfortunately.
