I ordered two PB&J smoothies the when I got home realized there was no peanut butter in there. Also I feel like there was 4 people working but only one making anything. People were lined up in this location.

My smoothies were very thin. I ordered ahead and they were separated when I picked them up. Like they were made right when I ordered them rather than 30 minutes later like I requested. The store wasn't busy either

Do yourself a favor and find another Nekter if you want a decent Acai bowl. The order was not ready at the time it showed on the app. 2 of the bowls were completely melted even after the delay. The order was missing an entire ginger shot. I would not recommend this location as the bowls were more like melted smoothies and not very presentable. I will always make sure to visit another location moving forward no matter the added distance.

Thank you for the feedback. As you can see from all the other feedback, your experience was not normal. We do the best we can to get everyones order out, fast and perfect. Some times the online ordering does not work with a larger amount of in store orders. I have contacted the shift lead who was the person who completed your order. Great! I ordered online, I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled pick up. The counter attendant was friendly, prompt and had my smoothie ready! Quick and easy and on my way to work with a yummy breakfast 😊
