I love coming for my smoothies. But I do have Feedback for the app. I have several things that I’ve earned and I tried to redeem for a free 16 ounce smoothie today but unfortunately when you pay with the app you cannot use the freebie. I typically am in a big hurry so I run in and run out and if I could use my rewards through the app that would be so much better. I actually activated my free 16 ounce smoothie but was unable do use it since I had already paid through the app which was the only way I could pay.

My smoothie could have been blended longer. There were chunks of fruit tin it. Also, I noticed that the person making it poured into a cup and then had to return to it to the blender to add another ingredient.

Every time I've been in for a juice or a smoothie I was meet by someone friendly. There have always been other customers ahead of me, but I was in and out in no time.

There are PLENTY of good Nektar's out there but this one is by far the worst. Where do I start -- *POORLY* managed, all workers who looked like it was their first day except its like that everyday. My bowl didn't even have granola in it, let alone the water thin liquid smoothie I received. Not to add the little to no consideration towards the issue.

Hello Joseph, Thanks for sharing your experience. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience we've caused. These reviews you left are VERY vague. I would love to know what you got exactly and what time and date you where in our store. I find it very hard to believe that the staff would not make all your issues right. Especially a forgotten granola. We have had a few new employees (first time in 4 months)- as most restaurants you will go to now a days do. I ordered a Berry Banana Burst smoothie on Nov 14. When I tasted the smoothie, it had a burned after taste, as if the blender was smoking during the blending process. I had a coworker try it too and she also agreed it tasted 'off' and smoky. Bummer because my past experiences have been very tasty.

Ordered a smoothie online, they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived at Nektar early and our smoothies were ready. The smoothies were separated, not cold, almost completely juice. When we got home we called to get a refund, because they were undrinkable. The employee, Samantha, said that the separation of the smoothie is “natural” and completely refused to refund our order. She simply told us to put our watery smoothies “back in the fridge”. I have been coming here for years and will never be back.
