Today’s experience was very good. However, often times I’ll find that the bottom of my berry bowl is quite liquid more like a smoothie than a berry bowl. it would be nice if I could be confident that I would always get a quality product like I did today

The young man who completed my order was so polite and reasonable. I’m not sure of his name, I went in on Halloween around 9 am. He was so incredibly quick given the amount of orders he had to complete. His customer service was exceptional! The smoothie and juice he made me were super yummy!

I had a peanut butter chocolate protein smoothie…and the smoothie was chunky not smooth as it’s normally the coco nibs were very hard on my teeth

my order was almost like a smoothie and I ordered your protein bowl. I had asked for extra mango as well as extra pineapple or in addition to I’m sorry. It wasn’t in there.

I love this place! Consistency in quality. I ordered PB protein smoothie and PB Açaí Bowl. Açaí was missing the PB but I think there was training going on. I just poured some of my protein shake to add PB flavor and delicious. Thank you for offering healthy options!

The only issue I had was that my smoothie did not taste sweet like I previously had. It was very tart and not sweet at all. I don’t know if some of the fruit was maybe not ripe yet?

The smoothies and bowls were delicious! My favorite was the Dragonfruit bowl. We were happy to find a healthy breakfast place in Scottsdale.

I go to tropical smoothie across the street a decent amount. First time coming to nektar even though I live super close (within walking distance).
In my opinions you have the superior options but are at a higher cost. I tend to be flexible on my choices based on budget and I would shop at nektar on a more frequent basis if I was able to get point multipliers on purchases or more coupons.
This would probably make me stop going to tropical smoothie all together.
