Typically the customer service is so wonderful. Today must be the anomaly. I walked in and 0/4 employees said hi or acknowledged my presence for 3 minutes as I stood at the pick up counter. Only one employee was briefly taking an order then became preoccupied with paperwork. Another employee who was making a smoothie was the one who asked if I was there for a pick up. Typically l the employees are so kind. this was definitely a turn off.

I ordered y smoothie to the wrong location. I had meetings at work and was not able to spend the 30 extra minutes to pick it up. The store I was physically at said they couldn’t make it unless I put in a new order, while the store i had ordered from said it would be no problem. 100% get this was my fault but the differing information and lack of empathetic solutions made an impact.

Easy. I used the app to order ahead of time. My smoothie was ready and waiting for me in the cooler when I arrived. Someone greeted me as soon as I got up to the counter.

The smoothies here are delicious and fresh healthy ingredients are used. The atmosphere was great and the staff were very friendly and upbeat. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is that the prices are higher than most other smoothie places.
