We ordered 2 drinks and 2 bowls online. No agave on our bowls. One drink wasn’t made when we were given our order so they had to make that. The coffee drink was gritty. Bowls were good and strawberry smoothie was good.

I love nekter!! my mom introduced me to the one over in Hazeldale. And she and I go at least once a month together. And then I realize there was one literally two blocks away from my house. And I haven’t had an opportunity to go in as much as I’d like because money is tight right now. But it’s my birthday on Sunday and I had a coupon. So I figured I would use it. I think every time I get this glow getter smoothie it gets better. I was able to walk in and grab it. They had it done ahead of time, even though I was early. I had a couple of questions about ordering a bowl in the future, and they only answered them very well. And it was as always an amazing experience. I would love to be able to come in every day and get a morning smoothie but we’re not quite there financially, but you will be seeing more of me in the future.

This was my first time coming into a storefront of Nekter as previously I used Doordash. Customer Service was great! The gal making my order let me know it was almost done. She was very nice and bubbly and I felt welcome from the moment I walked in to picking up my order. Also, this was a new item for me, tried the Protein bowl with cocoa nibs and peanut butter, it was so yummy. I love how they have the options to not include items as well as add items and that they have GF Granola is a huge plus! I will definitely be back!

Love Nekter so much! One suggestion though, I wish you wouldn’t put the peanut butter on top of the peanut butter açaí bowls. I like it better when it’s mixed in. Just a personal preference that I thought I would share since it has changed recently. Doesn’t stop me from ordering it just a suggestion I have

I’m in the area visiting from the east coast - the açaí bowl was fantastic! They were very accommodating, as I have a mild cashew allergy. Staff was very kind. Definitely will come back!

Amazing açaí bowls! A little bit of a wait, but totally worth it.

It was good but the base was more liquidy than a lot of other acai bowls I have tried and less toppings but not bad

It's been a while since I have been to Nektar but an Acai bowl sounded good. I was surprised to spend $32 for a bowl, mini smoothie and snack pack with tip.

Great healthy option with a surprisingly broad menu. From smoothies and smoothie bowls to protein waffles, parfaits, fresh-pressed juices, wellness shots, and grab-and-go snacks, there are plenty of choices whether you’re looking for breakfast, a post-workout meal, or just something lighter. The space was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the ingredients seemed fresh and thoughtfully sourced. Everything looked vibrant and well prepared, which made it easy to feel good about what you were ordering. Overall, a really pleasant experience. Great service, quality ingredients, and a menu with enough variety that I’d happily come back to try more.

It was great! I placed my order online to go and my order was ready when I arrived. It was predicted to be ready by 8:15, but I arrived at 8:09 and it was all set. Super easy pickup and the bowl was absolutely delicious.

Visited Vancouver over the weekend. Usually I go to Nekter in WA state so I assumed this one would be no different. Ordered to berry bowls, it literally tasted horrible. Like none of the fruit was fresh. It was clear the berries and strawberries were on their last leg so they were slightly frozen I guess to save them. But the açaí itself? I’ve never had flavorless acai. What a disappointment after such a long drive especially as a loyal Washington customer. To add icing to the cake, we sat in the lobby waiting for our order. They never called out our order, so eventually I stood up to check and it was sitting on the counter. I was confused and asked. “Hey how long has this then sitting” the two employees “ at least a few minutes we called your order a few times”… we were the ONLY customers inside. If we couldn’t hear you or you didn’t actually call our order, why not get our attention or walk it over? Literally let us take a half melted acai bowl. I just woke up Monday morning upset that we’ve waisted $25 and were treated like we weren’t even there! We couldn’t even eat the bowls and went to another nearby place to get new ones.

Customer service was professional and polite. Food was ready quick. Ingredients are always fresh. And the team made my bowl perfectly.

They are super friendly at the Vancouver store. They always smile and always say hi when I walk in too. They wrote positive messages on my bowl sometimes and makes my day! I'll always go there when I something good to eat or drink!
