Normally, the smoothies are great, but today’s were watery and not flavorful. I’m bummed because we redeemed our free one.

This was my first time going to Nekter juice bar. Ordering on the App. was very easy and when I arrived at the store my order was waiting for me. The smoothie I chose was delicious! I will definitely be back!

Always friendly and hardworking staff. Would love if dirty dozen produce were organic, and having collagen as an option to add. Other than that, we love coming here for fresh juice and smoothies:)

Fresh, easy and delicious. Pre-ordering on the app is a piece of cake and it’s always ready for me when I get there. Great service and any of the yummy smoothies, juices or bowls just really help you feel your best.

Very good. The person at the counter was not as warm as in the past but perfectly helpful and professional. My smoothie was done when I walked in- totally satisfactory and the drink was delicious, as always.

The product is good, the staff is super friendly. I can appreciate that it takes time to make a product to order, but when I am waiting in a line of 3-5 people for 10 min, then need to wait 15-20 min on top of that for my order it's never going to be a thing where I can pop in on my way back from the gym during my lunch break to treat myself to a smoothie. Even with the order ahead option in the app the estimated time is still 5+ off. Gut reaction to what the problem might really be is that of educating the customer base. Most of the time people are reading the menu for 5 min once they get to the register. Maybe you can find another way to get people familiar and knowing their order so that once they get to the register they are good to go. Should then free up the person at the register to help with drinks once the line has been busted. Until the time from order to receiving my drink is cut down significantly my stops will have to be infrequent due to a busy schedule and not having 20-30 min to wait on a smoothie with a high price on top of that.
