I ordered a smoothie online. Unfortunately it wasn’t even made when I arrived a few minutes after the promised time. It appeared that they were understaffed, which is unusual. I often pick up a smoothie on a Wednesday morning at 9:15am and this is the first time it wasn’t even started. The person working made my drink immediately, to the chagrin of a customer who had walked in previously to me and ordered something in person. The other customer was not happy that I was getting my drink made before hers, even though mine should have been made before she even walked into the store. The person who made my drink apologized to me and gave me a coupon. It was a little inconvenient to have to wait, but not too big of a deal, but it was nice that she acknowledged her error which was nice.

I thought the golden latte was a smoothie because it was in the smoothie section of the menu so I was disappointed it wasn't. But it was still fine I guess.
