The customer service was just fine, but the amount of food in both mine and my wife's bowls were small. Usually the bowls have food which touch the top of the lid. On my bowl, after I mixed everything up, I had just over half the bowl full. I've never had it this low before. My wife's bowl was just a bit higher, but still, extremely low.
Both of us were still hungry after finishing off our bowls where usually it is the perfect amount. If you want, I can provide pictures.

I love your products but if I'm going to pay a premium price,I need to receive a premium product, each time, 100%.
The last time I was in, my acai bowl had a green apple with brown spots on the flesh and it seemed to feel a little slimy. I removed the apple and ate the remaining product, which was delicious, but it would have been more delicious with the apple

My order is usually spot on, however today they forgot to put the extra toppings on ordered for both bowls.

I have not been able to use my app to access a $5 gift card reward that I purchased last year. I believe it expires today or tomorrow. I visited our local Nekter both days this past weekend and was not able to load the app to use the reward. The app briefly loads one image (three bowls & the Nekter logo) then turns black and I cannot use the app or the reward. I would love this issue to be fixed and to have an extension on my $5 reward. Thank you.

Really good choices for juice and smoothie blends. But the bowls --- wow! Super good, very tasty, and a great alternative to the typical breakfast or lunch. Definitely will be a frequent customer at this place!!
