I love the Nekter brand- i am addicted to The Toxin Flush, I wish service and product was more consistant though. I order online and pick up on my way to work every day. I set my pickup time for before I will arrive to make sure I wont be late. Yesterday the person who retrieved my drink looked so miserable, didnt make eye contact with me and said nothing after i said thank you...the day before I had the opposite experience with a cheerful tall blond who hustled and enthusiasticly wished me a great day, the day before that I was the only person in the pickup line and had to wait 5 min to even be acknowledged (it was very busy, but I counted 5 employees) once I was acknowleged I received wonderful customer service and an apology for the wait from an African American girl who was making a bowl, helping at the register and retrieving preordered items. Consistancy of the drink could be improved too. With the Toxin Flush its very obvious if ginger or lemon is missing- Ive been ordering this drink for years. Its great 7 out of 10 times i get it...but its a bummer to pay $10 and take a taste and find the ginger or lemon has been left out.

Soooo delicious and fresh. I didn't think i would care for anything from here, as i'm not much of a smoothie drinker, but when i saw a co-workers gorgeous smoothie bowl with fresh fruit on top, i had to try it. Now I get the bowls, juices and do the 6 day cleanses regularly. It is so healthy and i feel so great when i get it, it's worth the 30 min drive for me. The staff is always super helpful and friendly, and every bowl i've had (and that's a lot), are CONSISTENTLY made, and perfect. Very impressed with this business, and I highly recommend. Also, the rewards on the app add up quick for great deals and free items, so get the app.

Smoothies are kind of runny. The Açaí bowl was fine, but I ordered the mango bowl and got no mangoes

Am in love with your products. The bowls are fresh perfection. I'm glad your juices for my cleanse were in stock. I'm disappointed the half day cleanses had 3/4 substitutions. I don't think they should be sold with that many subs, I wouldn't have gotten them, had I known. But I am still obsessed with your products 😍

The only negative thing I have to say is that I purchased a immunity bowl and it came without the chia seed pudding that I did not sub out.

Typically I do not feel like Nekter staff is chatty or super-friendly but the woman who made/gave me my acai bowl was really, really friendly. I visited on Friday 11/26 for lunch.

Bowls are one of my favorites things to get! My only concern is sometimes bowls aren't nearly as full as other times, so the consistency sometimes is lacking. Employees are friendly and helpful. App ordering is great. Thanks!

I always love going here. The smoothie bowl I get is good every time I go there and the employees are some of the nicest people I have talked to.

Missing the items I paid extra to add to my bowl

I ask for a açaí banana berry bowl and received something completely different, and I have an allergy so I was afraid I was going to have a reaction to the regular granola. Plus I got a peanut butter bowl with the granola on the side and they didn’t end up giving me the granola.

Nekter is my favorite place to go for a juice, smoothie, or bowl of all the things my body craves!
